Senate approves homebuyer tax credit extension giving an $8000 tax credit to first-time home buyers and extends a new $6500 tax credit to repeat buyers who have owned their current homes for at least five years.  Tax credit extended. All contracts must be signed/executed by April 30th and closing by June 30th 2010.

Beautiful and sunny year round, Tampa Bay is a great place to live whether you are enjoying the single life, raising a family or retiring.  There is something to do for everyone.  Tampa boasts of three major sports teams, The Tampa Bay Lighting, Tampa Bay Rays and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  If you love the outdoors, the beaches are only a 30 minute drive from Tampa in St. Petersburg.  St. Petersburg has some of the most gorgeous beaches in the nation.  Boating is very popular in the area where you can island hop while you fish for the perfect dinner.  As a Tampa Bay resident, you have access to fabulous shopping, world class dining, cultural arts at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center and art museums such as the Salvatore Dali Museum in St. Petersburg.  For exercise, you can join the bikers, runners and walkers on Bayshore Blvd., which spans four and a half miles in one direction without interruption.  You have the best theme parks in your backyard, such as Busch Gardens and Adventure Island.  Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World are only an hour and a half drive away.
